My job is to partner with you to accomplish your goals in the most effective and safest way. The first step is to do an Assessment. We sit down and talk in depth about your goals, lifestyle, health history, and current fitness level. I'll do a detailed posture analysis, movement screen, and check range of motion of shoulders, hamstrings, etc.
Then I use this valuable Assessment information to design a training program that specifically addresses your goals and any posture imbalances. My program is thorough and includes these 5 important areas: Weight Training, Aerobic Training, a full Flexibility program, review of Diet, and Lifestyle Counseling as needed. I typically train with a client 2-3 times per week. I provide lots of information and teach proper form for the exercises. You will gradually gain more functional power and balance over time.
As you train, the work level and exercises will change and evolve for new development. Every person is unique and I cultivate her or his progress carefully. I create a lively atmosphere where there is ongoing communication between us about our program. I really emphasize the benefits of long term health and how to make them a permanent part of your lifestyle. I believe no matter what a person’s age or condition, there are many things they can do to find new health and vitality.
